We put our high heels in a shoe bag during the flight. At the end of the flight we change shoes again and put our flat shoes back in the bag.
I made this one. It felt like scrapping with fabrics.

Creamy colours this time. Beige, white with a little brown. I think the happy birthday embossing is from cuttle bug or another machine like the cuttle bug. Bought it in a scrapstore.
My niece Rowan is turning 18 in May. Yesterday I made her this card but I might make another one. I am not sure I like it.
This one is not a typical card I make considering the colours aren't really pastel but I was inspired by the scalopped ribbon and that just didn't come in a pastel color. Bought a package with several ribbons for only 99 (euro)cents. I happened to bump into it in a store where you wouldn't expect ribbons.
I made the bow from some left over fabric en the ribbons are from the market.
Felt flower from K&Company (wild saffron), paper on the bottom from Basic Grey (gipsy) and the above I can't remember.

Underneath another card I made last night. Somehow it just didn't work out the way I planned it. It is not to bad but certainly not good either.

All of a sudden I decided to go round. I threw my first round card/attempt away as it looked way to much like a christmas ornament and there was absolutely no balance in my lay-out.
Going round is something different! I tell you!
It takes a whole different way of placing your embellisments.
Another thing was I decided not to go blue and pink for once. So I went green. I love dots and had the paper with dots in my stack for quite some time now. Just had to find some things to add and voila.
But ofcourse I had to go pink and blue as well. I am a girly girl (woman) after all.
And oh my, I could use my little bells once again. Yeah! To make my flower more romantic I found this round little bead (there is a name for it but I forgot) I still had in my big collection of beads. I placed it underneath my brad.
Just a card I made very quickly without all the thinking, trying and matiching I usually do.
This was my first scrapblog ever. I have heaps of cards I can still show you and already busy making another one.
