Another christmas card

Although not to many, I did make a christmas card or two. This one I sent to my mother.

A little bit of this and that

Just some stuff I have been doing lately. For a new shadowbox I started with I used once again one of the  fèves of Marjanne from Paris.
We started selling them in our Boutique Parisienne.
I will show you more from our Boutique tomorrow.

Vandaag een paar dingen die ik laatst gemaakt heb.
Ik ben weer begonnen aan een verzamelkastje en heb één van de fèves van Marjanne uit Parijs gebruikt. We zijn begonnen met ze te verkopen in onze Boutique Parisienne maar morgen meer daarover.

Christmas Card

I am not really into making christmascards this year. I guess I am to busy with other stuff like redoing my bathroom and work (who ever invented jobs?).
I did make this one though.

Ik kom er dit jaar maar niet aan toe om kerstkaarten te maken. Ik denk dat ik te druk ben met andere dingen zoals mijn badkamer verbouwen en werken.
Toch is deze nog uit mijn handen gekomen.

Sinterklaas Swap

Thanks Roxanne for the beautiful box you made me to put our Sinterklaas swap in. It is gorgeous.
If you would like to know all about our Sinterklaas tradition, I found this funny page (in english) that tells you all about it and jokes around with us dutchies but hey, I don't mind.

Roxanne, bedankt voor het prachtige doosje waarin je de sinterklaas swap had verpakt. Prachtig gewoon!

And ofcourse I am very happy with the lovely present inside.

En natuurlijk ben ik hartstikke blij met het kadootje, het kwam van mijn verlanglijstje. Super!

And a Sinterklaas poem.
Unfortunately I can't find the photos of what I sent.

En ze heeft echt haar best gedaan op dit gedicht. Ik ben zelf niet zo'n ster in dichten en vind die van haar echt knap gemaakt.
Ik kan helaas de foto's niet meer vinden van wat ik aan mijn swapmaatje heb gestuurd.

I also got this beautifully packed crocheted flowers I got from Marjanne for driving her to the swappers meeting. Thanks Marjanne!

Ook net ontwikkeld, ze zaten nog op het rolletje, deze foto van de gehaakte blommen die ik van Marjanne kreeg, prachtig verpakt! Altijd leuk als iemand je niet zomaar iets geeft maar er aandacht aan besteed. Dank je wel Marjanne!

And while I am at it I want to show you the gorgeous heart Guida made for Sandra, Marjanne and me for hosting the swap.
It hangs in my living room, I love it.

En als ik dan toch bezig ben wil ik jullie nog even het prachtige hart laten zien dat Guida voor Sandra, Marjanne en mij had gemaakt omdat wij de swappersmeeting hadden georganiseerd.
